From the M180 Eastbound junction 3 (Midmoor) At junction 3 turn left onto the M181 Northbound carriageway and travel down to the end of the motorway to the large roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout (take 2nd exit) to the next where you should see a retail centre (Skippingdale Retail Park) on the left hand side. Take 2nd exit straight on up the hill (on the Pheonix Parkway) until you come to another roundabout. Continue straight on (2nd exit). At the next roundabout, turn left up Normanby Road (follow signs for Normanby Country Park) and continue for 1/2 mile until you see the Business Centre on your right hand side.

From the M180 Westbound junction 4 (Ermine Street) At junction 4 turn left on to the very short dual-carriageway which culminates in a roundabout and turn left heading towards Scunthorpe. Go down the hill keeping the steelworks on your right hand side. At the roundabout turn right (3rd exit) onto Brigg Road. Follow this road through 4 sets of traffic lights (just before the last set of lights you will need to be in the right hand lane to go straight ahead) to the next roundabout. Straight across (2nd exit) onto Glebe Road and right over the mini-roundabout (passing the Jet petrol station) up to the next set of traffic lights. Straight through the lights on a short dual carriageway to the next roundabout. Straight over this roundabout and continue for 1/2 mile until you see the Business Centre on your right hand side.
